Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChatYourSite website at chatyoursite.com (the “Site”), operated by General Informatics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you represent that you are using the Site on behalf of a business.

What we offer

ChatYourSite offers a done-for-you AI website assistant on a try-before-you-pay basis: we build an assistant from your own website, you try it live, and you only pay if you choose to keep it. Descriptions on the Site are general information about the service, not an offer or a guarantee that any particular result will be achieved.

Requesting a free build

Submitting the request form is an inquiry, not a contract. We review requests and select projects at our discretion, and we work with a limited number of sites each month. We may decline a request or be unable to take on your project, and we do not guarantee that we will build an assistant for you. Any work we agree to perform will be subject to separate arrangements between us and you.

Free trial and paid plans

If we proceed, building your assistant and running a trial (about 14 days) are free. If you decide to keep it after the trial, paid subscription pricing applies at the rate we quote you. Plans start at $79/mo, and most small businesses pay $149–$349/mo; we provide your exact price before you commit. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, you may cancel at any time, and if you don’t keep the assistant it is simply switched off. Pricing, trial length, and features may change.

The demo and AI-generated output

The interactive demo and the assistants we build use artificial intelligence and may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Don’t enter sensitive, unlawful, or infringing content into the demo, and don’t attempt to overload, scrape, or disrupt it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to breach security, probe, or interfere with the Site or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Site or its underlying technology.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person or business.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the ChatYourSite name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Any assistant we build and host is provided as a service and remains our property or is licensed to you for the term of your subscription, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclaimers

The Site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the service will produce any specific outcome, such as a particular number of leads, conversations, or sales.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, General Informatics LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless General Informatics LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site or service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, where General Informatics LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.
